Olivia Crull, undergraduate student at University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, produced a short film for an American Indian Studies class projects: Restoring Manoomin: A film about the importance of Wild Rice. In the film, see how tribal members, partnered with University of Minnesota researchers, are working to preserve and restore this grain within their efforts for cultural resurgence. I was honored to be included among her interview subjects.
